Truth Behind ‘The Bachelor’ Winner Courtney Robertson’s Wedding Gown Photos

Pictures of The Bachelor winner Courtney Robertson trying on wedding gowns in February had a lot of people wondering if she was the woman that Ben Flajnik chose to marry.

On the Monday night finale of the ABC hit show, it was revealed that Robertson was indeed the contestant that Flajnik proposed to. But is that the reason she was trying on wedding dresses last month?

On the After the Final Rose special, the newlyweds admitted to Chris Harrison that Courtney’s wedding dress photo shoot was an attempt to divert bad press attention from Ben. The negative media came after Us Weekly published photos of the wine maker allegedly cheating on his fiancée, and kissing other women.
Ben explains, “Courtney sees something like that and I’m like ‘great here we go.’ And she thinks it’s messed up so what she does is goes and tries on wedding dresses that same day to divert all the  attention away from my negative feelings.”
Despite the undeniable photos, Ben tells Chris Harrison, “On my father’s grave, I haven’t kissed another woman. I haven’t hooked up with another woman,” insisting that the shots were of “friends from San Francisco” or “past photos.” And then the ABC host inquired, “You guys clearly are very weird.”
